2. Vehicle Storage & Pickup Policy
To ensure we can provide space and service for all our customers, the following rules apply once your vehicle repair or maintenance is finished:
- Notification: We will contact you via phone or email as soon as your car is ready for pickup.
- 7-Day Grace Period: You have seven (7) calendar days to retrieve your vehicle after the completion notice is sent.
- Daily Storage Fees: If the vehicle remains on our premises after the 7-day period, a storage fee of $25.00 per day will be charged.
- Full Payment Required: All repair costs, parts, and any accrued storage fees must be paid in full before the vehicle is released to the owner.
3. Limitation of Liability
While your vehicle is in our care, we take every precaution to ensure its safety. However:
- Personal Belongings: Broward Tire & Mechanic Shop is not liable for the loss of, or damage to, any personal staff, goods, electronics, or valuables left inside the vehicle.
- Customer Responsibility: We strongly advise all customers to remove all personal property and goods before leaving their vehicle for service.
4. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide you with excellent automotive care:
- Contact Information: Name, phone number (954-656-8877), and email (browardtire@gmail.com).
- Vehicle Specifications: Make, model, year, and VIN to ensure accurate parts ordering and service history.
- Payment Data: All credit card and electronic payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant hardware. We do not store your full financial details on our local servers.
5. How Your Data is Used
- Service Management: To track your repairs and notify you of completion.
- Communication: To send you service reminders or special marketing flyers from our shop.
- Opt-Out: You have the right to stop receiving marketing messages at any time by contacting us directly.
6. Data Security
